David Amalraj, Deputy City Manager, Lavasa corporation Limited, Pune India. He has an experience of 25 years in City Management, Facility Management, Air force Operations and Faculty teaching. He holds a master degree in power electronics engineering and as well as in business administration and a bachelor degree in electrical engineering. David has proven track record in operations and maintenance of utilities i.e. power, water treatment, waste water treatment, and LP gas management.
Fraser Brothers Vice President TD Waterhouse, Calgary, Canada. Fraser's approach to and understanding of financial stewardship greatly assists in this key component of NEXT's business strategy.

Darren Kanwischer Owner, Fifth Avenue Club - Calgary, Canada. Darren has spent over 20 years in the health club industry combining his Bachelor of Physical Education and his business development and leadership he is a strong asset to our team.
Jim Klaas Founder, Dev Ed International - Guelph, Canada . Jim has worked in International development and adult learning for 30 years. He holds a masters degree in Distance Education and an undergraduate in agriculture. His passion is learning and how it can transform individuals and communities. He and Naomi, his wife, lead Dev Ed International, an educational and development consulting firm. They lived in Argentina for 14 years and currently reside in Guelph Ontario. Jim also serves as our corporate chaplain.

Gil has 13 years experience in the oil & gas sector and in the technology sector. He also has a passion for community projects.
Bill Watson Former hief Operations Officer (Asia), Husky Oil - Calgary, Canada. Bill has spent more than 35 years in the oil sector and is currently responsible for Husky's assets in SE Asia. His business acumen and lengthy successful exposure to his industry is appreciated.
